The handover between trades is where jobs go wrong

It is rarely the individual trades that fail. It is the gaps between them — the opening that was formed without thinking about how it would be finished, or the decoration applied over a substrate nobody stabilised.

Running all three disciplines in-house removes those gaps. Our decorators see the structural work before it is closed up. Our maintenance team inherits properties they helped build, with records to match.

It also removes the part clients find hardest: deciding whose fault something is. With one contractor there is nothing to arbitrate.
