What you want done
In plain terms. 'Open the kitchen into the dining room' is more useful than a specification.
Drawings, if any
Architectural drawings, structural calculations or a planning reference. We can price from them directly.
Rough dimensions
Room sizes, or the footprint of an extension. An approximate figure is fine at this stage.
Timing and constraints
When you would like to start, and anything fixed — a completion date, a tenancy, a trading period.
